How can I pay rent?

For paying rent, we strongly prefer electronic payments made through your Appfolio portal. To access your portal, go to https://www.doorby.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in
You can set up auto-pay within the portal where the payment will be made automatically on the 1st of each month.

Payment types accepted:
eCheck (ACH / bank transfer) ($2.49 fee) - Through your online portal in Appfolio.
Debit card ($10 fee) - Through your online portal in Appfolio.
Credit card (3% fee) - Through your online portal in Appfolio.
Payslip ($3.99 fee) - If you need to use cash, you'll need to use a payslip. We do not take cash payments in our office. You should have received a payslip form in your move in folder. It's the paper with barcodes on it for cashiers to scan. If you don't have one, you can reach out and get one via email or by picking it up in our office. You can take the payslip to CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart.

To set up autopay in your resident portal, you will just login and find the "set up autopay" button on the homepage. The button is shown below.



Late Fees



Rent is due on the 1st of each month. On the 6th of each month, rent is considered late. Our late fee is 10% of the monthly rent amount.

If you are a current resident and have more questions, reach out to your property manager. You should have received an email from them when you moved in.
