What are Doorby's rental qualifications?
What qualifications does Doorby have for renters?
- No evictions or bankruptcies in the past 5 years.
- No felonies or violent misdemeanors.
- No car repossessions in the past 3 years.
- At least 2.5x monthly rent in household income. For co-signers, it's 5x monthly rent.
- We require a minimum credit score of 450. If your credit score is between 450 and 525, we will require a double security deposit.
- We review any rental-related debts in collections over $100. Collections totaling $250 or more may require additional review by the leasing coordinator prior to approval.
- A reference from a previous landlord is required. Please note that references from family members or friends are not accepted, as they may present a potential conflict of interest. A double deposit is required for those without rental history.

- Before being approved for a property, you must tour the desired property. If you would like information on touring a property, click here.
- For households with more than three (3) adults, Leasing does not accept Intent to Pay letters for the security deposit or first month’s rent.
