How do I tour a property? (and getting tour instructions)

Viewing a Property



Go to the rentals page on our website, https://www.doorby.com/rentals
Find the property that you are interested in.
Click on the "Schedule Viewing" button shown below.




Fill out all of the necessary information and submit the tour request. If it says you are not able to view the property, it's likely because of one of the following reasons:
The property doesn't allow pets, and you have pets.
You don't make 2.5x the rent price.
Your move in date is too far in the future.
Past evictions.
You will receive a temporary lockbox code and touring instructions via text. The automated text will go out 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour.
After your tour, we would love to get your feedback!

Rescheduling a Tour



If you need to reschedule a tour, you can either start from scratch and schedule another tour on your own, or you can reach out to our leasing team at leasing@doorby.com and they will change the time for you.
