What qualifications does Doorby have for renters?

No evictions or bankruptcies in the past 5 years.
No felonies or violent misdemeanors.
No car repossessions in the past 3 years.
At least 2.5X monthly rent in household income.
We require a minimum credit score of 450. If your credit score is between 450 and 525, we will require a double security deposit.
A reference from a previous landlord.
